libcsnd6-6.0 software package provides C++ bindings for the Csound API, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsnd6-6.0
libcsnd6-6.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsnd6-6.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsnd6-6.0 *
You will get with libcsnd6-6.0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
